"On 11/10/2025, the New York Statewide Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment (SCR) received a report alleging that you have abused or maltreated a child. The SCR assigned this report to the SUFFOLK County child protective services (CPS) for investigation."

"On 11/12/2025, you were notified that the SUFFOLK County child protective services (CPS) was investigating a report alleging that you had abused or maltreated a child. After conducting its investigation, CPS has decided your case is indicated. Indicated means CPS found a fair preponderance of evidence that you abused or maltreated a child (Social Services Law 422)."

All allegations made regarding me abusing or maltreating a child are false. The Suffolk County Child Protective Services caseworker deliberately documented false information and substantiated the allegation as "inadequate guardianship." The caseworker was made aware of my non-voluntary admittance into Good Samaritan Hospital and Brunswick Hospital Center. I explained that the Honorable Judge ruled in my favor and deemed I did not have a mental illness. I explained I never had a history of mental illness and/or medication. It became apparent to me that this organization was working alongside other corrupt organizations, and the plan to portray me as a mental patient continued through them.

My ability to supervise, protect, and care for my children is not, and never has been compromised. My children are not in any immediate or impending danger of serious harm. My children always have adequate food, shelter, and clothing. Since my release from Brunswick Hospital Center on October 31, 2025, I have been with my children every single day and do not leave them under the care of anyone else. The Suffolk County Child Protective Services intentionally, deliberately, and recklessly carried out actions known to be harmful to me.
